Brian Bates

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bates leads Solveras' corporate and strategic initiatives that drive the company's revenue and sales growth. With over 20 years of executive management experience in both private and public company environments, Bates is a recognized leader in the payments industry.

Prior to joining Solveras, he served as President/Chief Operating Officer of Transaction Network Services (NYSE:TNS) with global Profit and Loss responsibility for the company. Before his time at TNS, Bates served as President and Chief Operating Officer of PaylinX, an on-line payments services provider based in St. Louis; which he helped grow until it's acquisition in 2000 by CyberSource (NASDAQ:CYBS), the global leader of online payments.

Prior to PaylinX, Bates was one of the founding employees of TNS, serving in a number of management positions from the company's inception in 1991 to its acquisition by PSINet in November 1999. At the time of the purchase, Bates was Executive Vice President/General Manager of the POS Division, generating over 70% of the company's revenues.
