January 2010 (Arlington, VA): Solveras Payment Solutions, a leading provider of electronic payment services for businesses, announced today that Troy Wilkerson has been named the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Wilkerson will be responsible for all aspects of the company's financial and accounting matters, including risk management, credit underwriting and administration. Additionally, Wilkerson will be instrumental in helping to shape, implement and execute the company’s financial growth strategy.
Wilkerson joined Solveras in 2009 as Senior Vice President of Finance. "In the short amount of time Troy has been an executive of Solveras, he has demonstrated his ability to be a leader for these critical functions of our company," stated John Cramp, Chief Executive Officer. "This promotion was well earned and he is an invaluable member of our executive team," added Cramp. Wilkerson has over 15 years experience in the payment processing services industry, including management positions with Sage Payment Solutions, Verus Financial Management and Hypercom.
